Customer sales representative

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Customer Sales Representative for our printing and packaging business. The candidate will be responsible for dealing with customers, understanding their printing/packaging needs, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth order processing from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Understand client requirements for printing and packaging products (boxes, labels, cartons, etc.)
• Prepare and share accurate quotations based on size, material, quantity, and finishing
• Coordinate with design and production teams for order execution
• Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and deliveries
• Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain sales records and update CRM/Excel sheets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, Marketing, or relevant field preferred)
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (printing/packaging preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of printing (offset, digital) and packaging materials is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
