Customer Sales Representative
Magnolia Consulting Inc – Kansas City, MO + Surrounding Areas
Magnolia Consulting Inc is hiring Customer Sales Representatives to support growth across our clients' e-commerce accounts. This role focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales, working directly with local businesses to identify needs and deliver tailored e-commerce solutions.
Hybrid role with daily in-person client meetings and virtual team collaboration.
Position Overview
● Virtual training and team meetings conducted via Zoom
● Daily in-person meetings with business clients in assigned territories
● Work with provided leads to develop and manage new business relationships
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct B2B sales appointments with prospective and existing clients
● Present and recommend service solutions based on client needs
● Open new business accounts and manage upgrades for existing accounts
● Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads and follow-ups
● Participate in daily team meetings to review performance and strategy
● Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and market trends
● Accurately track customer interactions and sales activity
Qualifications
● 1–5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage time and appointments independently
● Reliable transportation for local client meetings
● Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
● Experience in B2B sales
● Familiarity with Zoom and Google Workspace
● Background in leadership, training, or mentoring

Additional Information
This role involves in-person client meetings and is not a fully remote position. Candidates must be able to travel locally on a daily basis.
