Customer Sales Representative

Elyscents is looking for a Customer Sales Representative who can handle customer inquiries and convert them into successful sales. If you have good communication skills and a sales-driven mindset, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media
• Convert leads into sales professionally
• Guide customers about products, prices, and ongoing offers
• Maintain a polite and customer-friendly attitude
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales
• Coordinate with the team for order confirmation and updates

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of online sales/customer dealing
• Ability to handle multiple chats and customers
