JOB DESCRIPTION:

To ensure accurate recording of incoming payments of customers on daily basis on SAP ERP.

Preparation of outgoing payments and RTGS.

To confirm correct bank balances from all banks via online/phone calls.

Arrange issuance of Bank guarantee from banks.

Preparation of daily activity financial report.

Fortnightly Bank reconciliation.

Renewal of Insurance policies.

Checking of service bills.

To monitor all service bills for payment.

Maintaining of prepaid expenses.

Preparation of monthly stock reports for banking facilities.
