Senior Sales Executive - Night Shift

We're hiring a Senior Sales Executive / Account Executive (Night Shift - Karachi)

About Our Client:

It is a leading software development company specializing in B2B and B2C solutions, custom software development, and software exports, serving both local and international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Outbound Sales (Primary Focus)

  • Build pipeline via Apollo, LinkedIn, and cold email
  • Cold call US-based prospects daily
  • Run structured follow-ups and booking sequences

Inbound Conversion

  • Handle and qualify leads from Google and Meta campaigns
  • Conduct discovery calls and solution walkthroughs
  • Convert qualified prospects into paying clients

Sales Execution

  • Sell software development services (web, mobile, AI, digital marketing, erp/business solutions)
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and scope with internal teams
  • Handle objections around pricing and timelines
  • Negotiate and close deals end-to-end

Account Ownership

  • Maintain relationships with US clients post-sale
  • Coordinate with delivery and technical teams
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain strict CRM discipline (Odoo or similar)
  • Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions daily
  • Report weekly on activity and revenue performance

Mandatory Requirements — Non-Negotiable

  • Proven experience selling digital services or products
  • (software, SaaS, web/app development, ecommerce, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Must have directly worked with US-based clients and closed deals independently
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cold calling and objection handling
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfortable with permanent night shift

What We're Looking For

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and consistent
  • High resilience to rejection (cold outreach is daily work)
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical clients
  • Strong understanding of US buyer psychology

This Role is NOT for You If:

  • You rely only on inbound or pre-qualified leads
  • You are not comfortable cold calling daily
  • You are looking for a low-pressure or support-based role

Must-Have Experience (Real Filters)

  • Sold digital services or SaaS
  • Closed deals in $1K–$10K+ range (or equivalent)
  • Worked with US/Western clients directly
  • Done cold outreach (calls + email)

Strong Candidate Profile

  • 2 – 4 years in software house / agency sales
  • OR 1.5 – 3 years in a high-performing outbound role with US market
  • Has personally closed deals, not just assisted

Job Timings: Night Shift, Monday to Friday: 8:00 pm to 5:00 am

Job Mode: On-site, Karachi-based.

Location: Opposite University Road.

Experience: 3+ yrs
