Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our international clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to provide world-class client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned international clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and sales forecasts.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services with international clients.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) – mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience with clients from [specific regions/countries, e.g., US, UK, EU].
- Knowledge of international business practices and cultural sensitivity.
