Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, customer interaction, and sales coordination in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Assist customers regarding products, pricing, quotations, and orders.
• Coordinate with corporate and convert into long-term customer.
• Follow up with potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, or office coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
