Job Responsibilities

• Engage in telesales, connecting with customers in the USA and delivering outstanding service on behalf of Kingdom Trip.
• Utilize excellent sales and communication skills to promote our range of travel and visa services.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and resolving concerns promptly.
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset to handle challenging situations with confidence.
• Work independently while following company guidelines and instructions from team leaders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company success.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000/month
• High commission potential: Top agents currently earn PKR 150,000 – 200,000+ per month
• Short training period (unpaid). Upon successful completion and hiring, compensation begins immediately.
• Paid probation period applies once performance targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1-2 year of telesales or customer service experience.
• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. hours) and perform well under pressure.
• Must own a laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection.
• Strong problem-solving, writing, and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn and grow.
