Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our online money remittance services to expatriates residing abroad. You will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to navigate a competitive market, helping clients access the best solutions for their remittance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our online money remittance services to expats from various Asian and African countries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their remittance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of our competitive exchange rates, secure transactions, and fast processing times.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the remittance industry.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up with leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to deliver exceptional service.
• Skills & Qualification:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or money remittance industry.
• Strong understanding of the remittance market and the challenges faced by expatriates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with online sales tools and CRM software is a plus.

Education: Inter/Graduation
