Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, understand their property needs, and guide them through the sales process. This role is commission-based with an opportunity for high earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their property requirements.
• Present and explain property options, pricing, and benefits.
• Coordinate property viewings and follow-ups.
• Negotiate sales and close deals effectively.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage client relationships.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and company offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market preferred.
