Job Title: Customer Sales Representative – Night Shift

Location: 491 Pak Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) with excellent communication skills and a strong American English accent. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling customer calls, chats, and email support, providing an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Requirements:

• Call support
• Fluent in English with an American accent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and professional while dealing with customers over calls, chats, and emails
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
