Timing: 5PM-2AM

Job Overview:
As a Customer Sales Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, assisting with product/service recommendations, and driving sales. Your role will involve engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat to deliver excellent service, resolve issues, and help meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations to drive service Leads/Sales.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
• Provide service knowledge and explain service features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction and drive company success.
• Stay up-to-date with product/service offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or retail role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
