About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Sales Representative (CSR) with prior experience in the trucking dispatch industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a fluent command of English to handle US-based clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through calls, emails, and lead follow-ups within the US trucking market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with truck drivers, owner-operators, and clients.

Negotiate rates, close sales, and ensure smooth dispatch operations.

Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.

Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure efficient load assignments and timely deliveries.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year of proven sales experience in a dispatch center or trucking industry.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Personality: Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rawalpindi.

Availability: Willing to work night shifts aligned with US timings.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)

Commission: Attractive performance-based commission structure

Probation: 2 Months
