Customer Sales Representative (CSR) - Fresh

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and confident fresh candidates to join our team as Calling Agents for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to begin their careers in a professional call center environment while developing strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided leads and database.
• Clearly introduce and explain DME products and services to customers.
• Confirm customer information and check eligibility during calls.
• Generate and qualify leads according to the campaign guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets set by management.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and positive manner.
