Job Type: Full Time – Office Based
Location: Aibak Block, Garden Town, Lahore
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 + Commission + Bonus
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about international tour packages via phone, email, and in person
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable travel packages
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on budget, preferences, and travel dates
- Maintain booking records and follow up with customers for confirmations
- Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support team performance goals
- Stay updated with global travel trends, destinations, and tourism services
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in international tour sales (Turkey, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Maldives, Dubai, etc.)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s (preferred)
