Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – International Tours

Job Type: Full Time – Office Based
Location: Aibak Block, Garden Town, Lahore
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 + Commission + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about international tour packages via phone, email, and in person
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable travel packages
• Prepare customized travel itineraries based on budget, preferences, and travel dates
• Maintain booking records and follow up with customers for confirmations
• Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support team performance goals
• Stay updated with global travel trends, destinations, and tourism services
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in international tour sales (Turkey, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Maldives, Dubai, etc.)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
