Customer Sales Representative - females only

Job Summary:

Explosion Services is hiring Customer Sales Representatives for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Campaign. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, sales focus, and experience in DME or healthcare-related campaigns. The role involves assisting patients and healthcare providers, managing orders, verifying insurance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to DME products and services.
• Provide accurate information regarding product features, availability, and insurance eligibility.
• Verify insurance, check coverage, and update patient information in the system.
• Manage and process orders, follow-ups, and documentation according to campaign requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with billing, logistics, and support teams to ensure timely service.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and medical offices.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in DME campaigns or healthcare sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of DME products, insurance verification, and prior authorization processes (training can be provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
