Customer Sales Representative (Inbound)

As an Inbound Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers who reach out through our inbound channels (phone, email, chat, or web inquiries). Your role will focus on understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, from potential customers in the U.S.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and meet/exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to optimize customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
