Customer Sales Representative - International Travel Tour

With a strong presence in South Asia and beyond, we specialize in providing comprehensive travel solutions, including customized tour packages, ticketing, hotel reservations, and visa assistance.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage and oversee all aspects of international tour operations. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in handling customer service responsibilities, with strong exposure to South Asian countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end tour operations including reservations, ticketing, and travel documentation.
• Coordinate with international partners, airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
• Provide accurate information on travel packages, itineraries, and visa requirements.
• Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international tours and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of South Asian countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hongkong)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and manage workload independently.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 85,000 (based on experience).
• Additional Benefits: Commission and bonus as per company policy.
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
