Job Description:
We are looking for confident and energetic CSR (Male/Female) for our medical billing operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle calls, communicate with clients, generate sales, and manage complete billing-related processes.
Candidates with 1+ year experience are preferred, however fresh candidates with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Communicate with US clients regarding medical billing services
- Generate sales / close deals over calls
- Coordinate with billing team for complete invoices and documentation
- Follow up with clients and maintain relationships
- Ensure proper understanding of medical billing workflow
- Maintain call records, client data, and reports
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year+ CSR / Call Center / Sales experience (preferred)
- (Freshies with strong communication skills can apply)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident call handling and sales skills
- Basic understanding of medical billing process (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Professional attitude and punctuality
- Basic computer skills
