Schedule: Night Shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Compensation: PKR 50,000 – 90,000 per month (base salary) + commissions and performance bonuses

Mugshei Pvt Ltd is seeking Customer Sales Specialists to join our dynamic night shift sales department. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent/good communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls in an energetic and customer-focused manner
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend the most suitable products and services
• Stay updated on current offerings, promotions, and ongoing sales campaigns
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Deliver exceptional service to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Accurately record customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
• Address inquiries and handle objections with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 0–5 years in sales or customer service (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply)
• Communication: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Personality: Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Skills: Quick thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Availability: Willingness to work night shifts (Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
