Are you a night owl who loves making connections and closing deals? Mugshei Pvt Ltd is looking for Customer Sales Representatives to join our dynamic night shift sales team. If you're a confident communicator with a passion for sales and building client relationships, we want you on our team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with energy and professionalism
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations
• Stay updated on new products, offers, and promotions
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships
• Accurately record all customer interactions in our CRM system
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly and clearly
• Work collaboratively with team members to hit shared goals

What We’re Looking For

• 0–5 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• A confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
• Quick thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus, but not required)
• Must be available to work night shifts (Monday–Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
