The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative / Registration & Trials Coordinator to manage enquiries, trial bookings, registrations, and customer follow-up across our programmes and venues.

You will be the first point of contact for families, helping guide them through the customer journey from enquiry to registration while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media
• Coordinate trial sessions and follow-up with families
• Support registrations and customer onboarding
• Manage CRM updates and lead tracking
• Work toward enquiry and registration conversion targets
• Support customer retention and communication
• Coordinate with admin, marketing, and sports departments
• Attend selected community and promotional events

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised and proactive
• Experience in sales, admin, or customer service preferred
• Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and email platforms
• Sports industry experience is an advantage

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
