Customer Sales Representative – UK Energy Campaign

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Evening/Night Shift (UK Hours)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Male & Female Customer Sales Representative( fresher & Experienced both can apply) to join our team for a UK Energy Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with UK-based customers, promoting energy products/services, and closing sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK-based customers to promote energy products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable energy plans
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer.
• Ensure compliance with UK telemarketing and data protection regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Prior experience in call center sales (UK/US campaign preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Ability to work in night shifts (UK timings)
• Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet targets
• Basic computer skills
