Customer Sales Representative (US Shift)

Job Title: Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – Custom Packaging

Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Timings: 8pm - 5am
Shift: Nightshift

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our custom packaging team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals in the international packaging market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and manage existing client accounts in the custom packaging industry (especially international markets).
• Understand client needs and propose tailored packaging solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients via calls, emails, and CRM platforms.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, pricing, and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packaging trends, materials, and design options.
• Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM.

Requirements:

• 6 months – 2 years of proven experience in sales (packaging/printing industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
