Customer Sales Representative(Intern)

Role Overview:
Scaleup Connect is seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service Representative on the behalf of client to join our team in the Lab equipment sector. The role focuses in the Sales and Operations / Sales Support Staff department, you will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient communication between sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery status.
  • Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and dispatch documents supporting the sales team.
  • Track pending orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Assist in sales reporting and customer feedback collection.
  • Support tender and proposal documentation processes as required.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company services.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Previous experience in client follow-up, quotation management, or sales support is a plus.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
