Customer Sales Representatives

GT Communications is seeking highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Call Center Agents to join our dynamic Auto Insurance campaign. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will engage with potential clients over the phone, present auto insurance solutions, and close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls for auto insurance inquiries.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall performance.
• Follow company policies and comply with all call center operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum education: Matriculation or above.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar call center sales or customer service role.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
• Must be able to arrange own commute.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
