A CSR specializes in assisting clients in finalizing their medicare related campaign and as well as medical supplies. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and closing sales to secure insurance policies.

Handle inbound and outbound medical supplies Telesales calls.

Verify customer information and confirm their interest in plans.

Close sales with professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
