Role Description

We are hiring Customer Sales Specialist based in Bahawalpur (Remote/Onsite). The role involves managing US based client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to meet company targets. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, delivering customized solutions, and maintaining satisfaction. This role also requires training clients on products and services to ensure effective usage.


Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Sales expertise with the ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, and meet sales targets.
  • Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate customer requirements and improve sales strategies.
  • Experience in training clients on services and product use is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Should have good English communcation
