Customer Sales Support Representative

Reports to: CSSC Frontline Supervisor

What you’ll be doing:

Responding to general inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels
Providing quick, accurate information, including quotations, product details, pricing, and delivery timelines
Creating and managing customer tickets in SAP CRM
Documenting customer needs and ensuring follow‑up aligned with service level agreements (SLAs)
Identifying opportunities for upselling or collaboration with sales teams
Supporting customers in using Grundfos digital tools (MyGrundfos, Extranet, GPC templates)
Recording complaints, returns requests, or logistics questions
Ensuring customer data is maintained accurately
Supporting ongoing process improvements and participating in ad‑hoc tasks

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administration
Ability to follow well‑defined processes and contribute to improvements
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Experience with SAP CRM/SD (nice to have!)
Familiarity with MS Office
A structured, solution‑oriented mindset
English proficiency written & spoken
Basic product/application knowledge is a plus (we’ll teach you the rest!).
