We re seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Technical Lead for the Customer Security team in the Global Security Organization. This role is expected to enable and support the managed service operations in fulfilling contractual and compliance requirements and by managing the target level of cyber resilience and security for the assigned account(s). You will join a diverse and collaborative leadership team that works together to guide Netcracker s management of cyber and information security risks across the company and support compliance with evolving technology regulations and standards.

As an individual contributor, you are expected to:

  • Be a trusted and competent advisor & Point of Contact to assigned accounts and managed services teams
  • Ensure production environments are operated securely
  • Maintain thorough and detailed knowledge of relevant industry practices & customer requirements, including cloud security
  • Perform security risk reviews for production environments, managed services processes and planned changes
  • Coordinate security risk remediation effort
  • Advise on access management, incident response, vulnerability management and data obfuscation efforts
  • Support account teams with any and all security related matters

What skills and experience will you need for this role?

  • Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
  • Deep Expertise:
  • Mastery of cybersecurity principles, methodologies, models and concepts of securing enterprise graded production systems
  • Understanding of security baselines for major vendors Azure, AWS, Oracle, RedHat, Windows
  • Understanding of security models and concepts, including cloud
  • Understanding of key ITIL processes
  • Experience working across full lifecycle of a project from requirement gathering to operations
  • Compelling Communication: Strong ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences through powerful storytelling and clear, strategic communication.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset that anticipates future trends and challenges.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Experience building strong relationships and driving cross-functional initiatives that elevate the entire organization.
