About Us:

We are a growing freight forwarding and logistics company providing end-to-end solutions in international and domestic cargo movement. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, cost-effective, and customer-centric services. We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team and ensure smooth handling of client shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates.
  • Liaise with international agents , and internal departments to ensure timely execution of shipments.
  • Manage booking, billing, and cargo tracking activities.
  • Verify shipping documentation (BL, AWB, etc.).
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics / shipping industry.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation is an advantage (training will be provided if not experienced).
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
