Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer support via email, live chat, and potentially phone.
  • Answer questions regarding iFLYTEK products (features, specifications, compatibility).
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions, order status, shipping, and returns.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues accurately in our CRM system.
  • Translate and localize support materials or communications as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on all iFLYTEK products and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
