We’re Hiring – Customer Service Officer (Islamabad)

What We’re Looking For:
1. 1–2 years of experience in customer service (logistics/courier experience is a plus)
2. Bachelor's Degree is must.
3. Ability to handle calls, emails, and customer queries with professionalism
4. Team player with a proactive approach

What You’ll Do:
-Support customers with import/export queries & shipment updates
-Ensure timely resolution of issues and complaints
-Provide leads to sales from customer interactions
-Create airway bills and coordinate with operations teams
