Job Description:

Deeb Trading & Advertising is looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messages in a professional manner
• Follow up on orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure high-quality service
• Maintain and update customer records

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer use and MS Office
