Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Dubai Mall Metro Station Area, Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with clients. Training will be provided for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and follow-ups with potential buyers and tenants
• Support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals
• Maintain client records and update CRM systems
• Schedule property viewings and coordinate with agents
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve sales and customer service targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is an advantage
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English communication skills required (additional languages are a plus)
