Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with clients. Training will be provided for selected candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and follow-ups with potential buyers and tenants
- Support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate with agents
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales and customer service targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is an advantage
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English communication skills required (additional languages are a plus)
