Customer Service/ Admin/ Operational for Salon

The person will posses below qualities to qualify for the job.

1. Salon experience of handling appointments is must.

2. Should be good with working on calendar and scheduling appointments

3. Generate Sales from the incoming clientele.

4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

7. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Mandatory Requirements

1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

2. Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

4. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills

6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Salon: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
