Senior Travel Consultant

The GIT Consultant is responsible for driving consistent growth in Group Escorted Tour (GIT) sales by delivering high-quality travel advisory services for fixed departure itineraries. The role focuses on converting enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective selling, product knowledge, and use of the tour booking system.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell online and offline international group tour and holiday itineraries on fixed departures including USA, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Australasia.
• Present tour products confidently, highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages.
• Identify, source, and convert new business leads to exceed assigned sales targets.
• Communicate complete and accurate itinerary details to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Adhere to KPI targets and CRM standard operating procedures to achieve margin and revenue goals.
• Proactively manage and resolve travel-related issues that may impact customers’ tour plans.
• Maintain a professional, persuasive, and composed approach that builds trust and reflects brand values.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of outbound international tourism products and inbound tourism services is essential.
• Experience handling VIP and or luxury FIT accounts is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• A degree in Travel and Tourism or relevant industry experience is preferred.
• High attention to detail with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment as a motivated team player.
• Travel Consultant: min 2-3 years (Required)

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary range: AED 5,500 to AED 6,500, based on experience.
