Customer Service Advisor (Medical Insurance Support)

About the Role

Foundever is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Customer Service Representatives to join a leading healthcare account. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers navigating healthcare-related inquiries, delivering accurate information and a consistently high standard of service.


Location: Nasr City, City Stars


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to healthcare services and benefits
  • Provide accurate and professional responses while adhering to quality and compliance standards
  • Meet and maintain account KPIs throughout and after the training period
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately while ensuring a smooth customer experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary up to 22,000 EGP gross + performance-based bonuses
  • Fully paid training program of approximately one month, including KPI period
  • Medical and social insurance
  • Promotion opportunities available after 6 months
  • Door-to-door transportation provided for men and women on shifts ending at 10:00 PM or later

Requirements

  • University degree is required (graduates only)
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Minimum B2 English level (written and spoken) is required
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally
