About the Role
Foundever is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Customer Service Representatives to join a leading healthcare account. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers navigating healthcare-related inquiries, delivering accurate information and a consistently high standard of service.
Location: Nasr City, City Stars
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries related to healthcare services and benefits

Provide accurate and professional responses while adhering to quality and compliance standards

Meet and maintain account KPIs throughout and after the training period

Escalate complex cases appropriately while ensuring a smooth customer experience
Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to
22,000 EGP gross
+ performance-based bonuses

Fully paid training program of approximately one month, including KPI period

Promotion opportunities available after 6 months

Door-to-door transportation provided for men and women on shifts ending at 10:00 PM or later
Requirements

University degree is required (graduates only)

Previous experience in customer service is preferred

Minimum B2 English level (written and spoken) is required

Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
