Customer Service (Aesthetic Experience)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, chat, and email.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with various internal departments.
• Investigate, research, and resolve customer issues with attention to detail.
• Handle challenging or dissatisfied customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Track, document, and follow up on all customer requests in a timely manner.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Deliver outstanding and exceptional customer service at all times.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Call center experience is preferred.

Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
