Job Description:
As a Part-Time Russian Speaker Female Only you will be responsible for making outbound calls, attending inbound inquiries, and assisting clients in their preferred language. Your role will be to clearly explain our services, schedule appointments, and ensure proper follow-ups with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services in English.
• Attend to inbound calls and respond to client queries politely and professionally.
• Maintain client records and update call logs.
• Russian Speaker Female Only
• Assist the sales/consulting team with follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Russian Speaker Female Only
• Previous telesales / customer service / calling experience is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be available to work from the office on a part-time basis.
