Customer Service Agent

We are a leading courier service provider dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients. We offer comprehensive solutions tailored to client specific needs, including e-commerce logistics, warehousing, distribution, and information technology.

Place : Dajeej, Farwaniya

Timings : 48 hours per week (6 days a week)

As a Customer Service Agent, your role would be to:

Provide a professional and courteous service to all our customers

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and product availability

Process shipments in timely manner

Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution

Qualifications

Bachelor/Diploma/ in any field

Bilingual fluency (Both Arabic & English) is mandatory

Excellent communication skills

Available for immediate start

Position is open for freshers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Farwaniya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
