Job Summary:
AL looking for highly motivated and diligent Customer Service Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide outstanding client and fleet management services, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. Training will be provided to ensure agents are well-equipped to handle responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage fleet-related queries and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product/service knowledge.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various technologies and software.
- Confident, trustworthy, and proactive in addressing customer needs.
- Hardworking and diligent with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Availability to work late or night shifts, as required.
Preferred Attributes:
- Previous experience in customer service or client management is a plus.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
