Customer Service Agent

Prestige Valet Parking is looking for a Customer Service Agent to support our valet parking operations and ensure a smooth customer experience across our sites.


  • Key Responsibilities


  1. Operate and manage valet parking software systems.
  2. Attend to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  3. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports.
  4. Handle payment discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
  5. Monitor and follow up on valet staff attendance.
  6. Coordinate with client-side teams to resolve on-site operational issues.


  • Requirements


  1. UAE experience in customer service or valet parking operations is preferred.
  2. Basic knowledge of software systems and reporting tools.
  3. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  4. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to coordinate effectively with on-site teams and clients
  6. Fluency in Arabic is required (spoken; English proficiency is an advantage)
