About the JobAn opportunity has risen at Saadiyat Beach Club for a Customer Service Agent / Telephone Operator. The position requires the ability to ensure that the customers who shall contact the club and inquire about any information (such as Membership, directions, transferring calls to the appropriate department, day pass reservations; restaurant information and reservations, etc ) are taken care of in efficient manner over the telephone. She/ He ensures all members and guests are given a personalized warm, friendly, courteous, and efficient service at all times.
