 Have your own laptop to work from.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and persuasion skills
 </li>

 Ability to follow up with clients and handle objections
 </li>
 <li>
 General knowledge of the real estate market
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Pleasant phone demeanor and strong typing skills
