At All Pro Plumbing, we are a family-owned and operated, growing and supportive company serving our community with top-quality plumbing services. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual English and Spanish dedicated Customer Service and Dispatch Representative to join our growing team.

Job Overview

This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional customer experience. You will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and support our team in delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate service information
• Answer and schedule customer calls while prioritizing efficiency
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate job schedules to optimize routing
• Maintain accurate customer records and job details within Housecall Pro
• Collaborate with the team to resolve scheduling conflicts or unexpected changes
• Provide a positive, professional, and friendly experience for every customer
• Assist in managing follow-ups, estimates, and job authorizations as needed
• Support internal processes by ensuring information flows smoothly between customers, technicians, and the office

• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in dispatch, customer service, or scheduling is preferred but not required
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a focused, service-driven environment
