Customer Service and Sales Associate

Preferably bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
• Handle cash and credit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell items.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
• Proficiency in using cash registers, POS systems, and basic math for transaction processing.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management and stock handling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
