Job Opportunity: Customer Service & Sales Representatives

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at our office located in DHA Phase VIII. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, assist with travel-related services, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Assist customers with airline bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide accurate information regarding travel packages, hotels, and visa services
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum education: Intermediate or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required
