Part-Time Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:45 AM–4:30 PM (4.75 hours per day)
Pay: $22–$24 per hour

We are seeking a part-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator to support our office operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, field staff, and vendors, handling phone calls, scheduling, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
- Serve as the primary phone operator, answering and managing multiple phone lines.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, messages, and emails, including scheduling inspections.
- Review and distribute voicemails from all company general inboxes.
- Manage and address all social media interactions concerning work order requests across different platforms.
- Process work order entries from various sources
- Provide updates on phone requests and the portal as needed for specific requests.
- Assist with inspection and temporary contracts.
- Prepare and share daily weather reports.
- Oversee the inspections scheduling report.
- Perform other duties related to customer service and scheduling as assigned.
Office / Reception
- Greet visitors, first point of contact for visitors and field employees.
- Responsible for closing the office at the end of each day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office and kitchen environment.
- Manage various field text notifications as needed.
- Track and manage office inventory, including supplies and equipment.
- Serve as backup to verify all company phone numbers.
- Fulfill all other assigned job duties as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to address customer and vendor needs professionally and efficiently.

- Adaptable, open-minded, and able to handle changes with ease
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- General knowledge of construction or roofing materials and installation preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working in a call center or with multi-line phone systems
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- 1+ years of experience in scheduling preferred
- QuickBooks Time Scheduling, JobNimbus, CompanyCam experience is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, lift, push, pull and crouch for extended period
- Must be able to lift or move light office materials, up to 10–20 pounds occasionally
